My new mantra - what would Erykah Badu do?

Seriously.

Yesterday, one of the MTVs ran a block of her videos, while I was concerned about some trifling boy who doesn't know how to use a telephone properly. I left the TV on for background noise (and because I love her songs) and it hit me, Erykah Badu wouldn't be concerned with this...she's bad ass. Maybe she'd write a sappy song about it later but for the time being, she'd get dressed (in a so odd it works way) and go out anyway and have a good time and not worry about a stupid guy. I'm gonna start doing what she (and any bad ass female) would do. So that's what I did, sorta...
